James has devoted over 20 years to leading and facilitating experiential education in wilderness, therapeutic, and international settings. Before coming to Earthville Institute, he was Executive Director of Carpe Diem Education. He enjoys observing the ways in which different environmental and cultural contexts enliven the spirit and assist us in shedding unhelpful habit patterns. He spent a decade learning and teaching Aikido.
