Well-being Consultant & Facilitator


A member of the Studio Lungta creative lab hailing from England, Amy is a multi-faceted creative specializing in the field of well-being, and particularly in the realm of healthy, exciting, vegan food. She has trained with various chefs around the world, including a raw chef training in Bali, a macrobiotic Italian chef training in Tuscany, and extensive training in cake-making and decorating in London. She is also a member of Made In Hackney, a nonprofit London-based community cookery school providing free vital food education and cookery classes to those in need.

Amy has cofacilitated Earthville programs at Dharmalaya Institute for Compassionate Living in the Himalayas and has completed Tergar International’s Meditation Teacher Training Program .
