Amy is a multifaceted creative, producer, and facilitator working at the dynamic intersection of personal and organizational well-being.
Hailing from the U.K. and working worldwide, Amy has deep roots in the realm of health and nutrition, specializing in exciting explorations of creative vegan food. She has trained with various chefs around the world, including a raw chef training in Bali, a macrobiotic Italian chef training in Tuscany, and extensive training in cake-making and decorating in London. She is also a member of Made in Hackney, a nonprofit London-based community cookery school providing free vital food education and cookery classes to those in need.
Amy has cofacilitated Earthville programs at Dharmalaya Institute for Compassionate Living in the Himalayas. She has completed Tergar International’s Meditation Teacher Training Program and is currently co-developing programs to bring the benefits of meditation to diverse audiences. She also works as a creative and consultant with Studio Lungta.
